Therefore, CHEN CHIEN HOLDINGS LTD. approached overseas mills of Hitachi Metals, Japan and Arcelor Industeel, France (Old name is Usinor Industeel) and has been importing steels from them directly in order to ensure the product quality and minimize the production cost for the benefit to the customers. In 1997, CHEN CHIEN HOLDINGS LTD. invested its own manufacturing plant in Shenzhen for production of high quality mould bases with aim of GOOD Quality-Price-Service. At the same year, CHEN CHIEN HOLDINGS LTD. is appointed as the official agent in Hong Kong and Guangdong Province by Hitachi Metals Ltd., Japan. In the past two years, we have been developing the Heat treatment services at different sectors in Guangdong Province with the technical support of Hitachi Metals Ltd., Japan; in order to provide a complete service to our customers.

By the year of 2000, Arcelor group appointed Chen Chien as their distributor in whole China. We are sure that technical information can be delivered to customers with the strong support of their engineering dept.
